Tahitian for “Out of this world”, this drink is exactly that, and that’s why we’re celebrating National Mai Tai Day! This cocktail definitely takes us on a trip to a tropical and sunny location, and we’re in need of that here in Chicago due to the ever bi-polar weather (ahem ahem). Mai Tai’s can be made in a variety of ways, but we’d like to show you how we make them extra deliciously at drumBAR:
1 oz Plantation 5 Yr Rum
.5 oz Clement Rhum
.75 oz Pierre Ferrand Orange Curacao
.75 oz Orgeat
Mint leaves + sprig for garnish
